Service availability, scope, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation by our team.

7. Pricing and Payment

Cleaning prices depend on the service requested, property size, condition, frequency, and agreed scope of work.

Applicable taxes, fees, add-ons, and other charges will be disclosed as required and reflected in the agreed quote or booking terms.

Payment authorization, collection timing, and applicable charges will follow the terms disclosed and accepted during booking.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, rescheduling requirements, late cancellation charges, or no-access charges are governed by the cancellation policy disclosed and accepted during booking or in the applicable Cleaning Services Agreement.

These website Terms do not independently establish a cancellation fee.

If ECP must reschedule an appointment due to staffing, weather, safety, or another operational circumstance, we will communicate with the customer regarding available options.

10. Cleaning Results and Service Limitations

Our cleaning team performs services according to the agreed scope and applicable cleaning procedures.

Cleaning outcomes may depend on several factors, including:

• Accessibility
• Cleaning history
• Product and material limitations

Some staining, discoloration, deterioration, odors, buildup, or damage may not be fully removable through ordinary cleaning procedures.

Professional cleaning does not automatically include restoration, repair, remediation, or replacement of damaged materials.

We do not guarantee that every stain, odor, mark, or preexisting condition can be eliminated.

Specific exclusions and service expectations should be discussed before or during the quoting process.

11. Customer Satisfaction and Service Concerns
